We often spend a lot of time ‘in our head’ and disconnected from our body. It’s as if our body functions on autopilot and we have little or no real awareness about how it is feeling or what it is telling us.
So while we experience the pains and aches of stress in life, we can also feel lost on how to help ourselves.
